Your Role and Responsibilities

Este rol se especializa en realizar y habilitar soporte técnico remoto de software, hardware y soluciones de IBM. Proporciona asistencia en el soporte técnico a clientes y soporte en campo (SSR) de IBM por medio de conocimientos técnicos en la identificación de problemas en el fuente/determinación de problemas. Utiliza conocimientos técnicos y de negociación en colaboración con otras organizaciones/operaciones de soporte para priorizar y diagnosticar problemas hasta su resolución. Comunica los planes de acción al cliente o al representante de IBM en consecuencia. Recomienda e implementa novedades o mejoras en las herramientas, los procedimientos y los procesos de soporte técnico existentes. Puede realizar tareas de formación y mentorización en el equipo. Contribuye a la consecución de objetivos organizativos por parte del departamento y a una alta satisfacción del cliente.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Debe tener estudios técnicos, tecnología de sistemas, ingeniería de sistemas, ingeniería electrónica o áreas afines.
- Conocimientos técnicos básicos en informática: sistemas operativos, software ofimático, antivirus, impresoras, en

comunicaciones: Windows 10 / 2012 Server, Gsuite Software y Hardware de PC’s Software y Hardware de

portátiles, Software y Hardware de servidores, Software y Hardware de Impresoras y periféricos Bancarios.
- Experiência en el cargo mínimo de un año certificable,
- Entre las habilidades que debe cumplir se encuentran: Excelente actitud de servicio, redacción, conversación,

Amabilidad, excelente actitud en la atención Telefonica, virtual o en campo, Excelentes relaciones interpersonales

y capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
- Habilidad en resolución de incidentes.
- Habilidades blandas en servicio al Cliente y manejo de clientes difíciles
- Capacidad de visualizar un incidente o situación y pensar en términos abstractos para resolverlo.
- Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión en un ambiente con variedad en la carga de trabajo, capaz de desarrollar

múltiples tareas en días de mucha actividad, paciente y profesional en situaciones de estrés.
- Capacidad de trabajar responsablemente con o sin supervisión directa.
