You’ll manage high-profile programs, foster collaboration with internal and external partners, and drive exceptional marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lighthouse Program Management**: Lead our flagship ABM initiative, focusing on high-value target accounts. Strategically allocate resources to maximize ROI for selected accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure program success.
- ** Account-Based Marketing (ABM)**: Develop and execute personalized campaigns for top-tier accounts. Continuously analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- ** Partner and Customer Marketing Campaigns**:Work with Key partners for 1:1/1:Many type activitiesNegotiate contracts with service providers to ensure budget efficiency and high-quality delivery. Work with Customer Success team to align customers with ABM initiatives (e.g. speaking opportunities, gifting, etc.)
- ** Market Research**: Conduct detailed account and industry research to inform marketing strategies. Provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making.
- ** Content & Communication**: Craft compelling, customer-centric messaging for campaigns. Ensure flawless communication in both written and spoken English.
- ** Efficiency & Responsiveness**: Respond quickly to project needs, team inquiries, and market changes. Maintain high levels of productivity and attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM). - 1:1
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and research capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering results.
- Ability to work effectively with partners and negotiate contracts.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
