**Company Overview**: Join our fast-paced Marketing team as a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, where you will drive our digital presence across our MSP and SaaS divisions, with a primary focus on our software solutions. This role is crucial in expanding our brand reach, creating compelling content, and building engaging relationships with our audience across multiple digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead content creation and social media strategies across multiple platforms (Discord, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Edit video content for our YouTube channel and social media platforms
- Coordinate and promote webinars and podcast content, driving attendance and engagement
- Actively engage with existing and potential clients across all social media channels to build community and drive conversions
- Develop and execute aggressive content marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation
- Create engaging English-language content for various digital channels
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, preparing detailed performance reports
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to maintain brand consistency while driving innovation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to amplify brand reach
- Lead event planning and execution for virtual and local marketing activities
- Maintain an aggressive content calendar focused on growth and engagement
- Create compelling marketing materials that showcase our software solutions

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong proficiency in English (B2+ level or higher required)
- Experience with video editing and production
- Proven track record with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strong copywriting skills in English
- Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Video editing experience required
- Experience marketing SaaS products is a plus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

**Responsabilidades Clave**:

- Liderar la creación de contenido y estrategias de redes sociales en múltiples plataformas (Discord, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Crear y editar contenido de video dinámico para nuestro canal de YouTube y plataformas de redes sociales
- Coordinar y promover webinars y contenido de podcast, impulsando la asistencia y el engagement
- Interactuar activamente con clientes existentes y potenciales en todas las redes sociales para construir comunidad y generar conversiones
- Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas agresivas de marketing de contenido para aumentar la visibilidad de la marca y la generación de leads
- Crear contenido atractivo en inglés para varios canales digitales
- Monitorear y analizar métricas de redes sociales, preparando informes detallados de rendimiento
- Colaborar con el equipo global de marketing para mantener la consistencia de la marca mientras se impulsa la innovación
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores y socios para amplificar el alcance de la marca
- Liderar la planificación y ejecución de eventos virtuales y actividades locales de marketing
- Mantener un calendario de contenido agresivo enfocado en el crecimiento y engagement
- Crear materiales de marketing convincentes que destaquen nuestras soluciones de software

**Cualificaciones y Experiência**:

- Título universitario en Marketing, Comunicaciones o campo relacionado (o experiência equivalente)
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en marketi
