**Descripción**:
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar procesos administrativos relacionados con ventas de baja complejidad, Inserciones y pedidos de ventas, devoluciones, cancelación de notas y otros artículos relevantes,
- reportar semanalmente al superior con Lowlights y Highlights de la semana y apoyar al equipo de ventas.
- Realice un seguimiento interno de los pedidos de ventas de acuerdo con su cartera y nível de complejidad.
- Realizar el cierre del proceso administrativo de venta;
- Recibir e identificar problemas de clientes relacionados con la falta de productos en enbarques y/o ocurrencias relacionadas con los productos enviados, de acuerdo a su cartera.
- Llevar a cabo prórrogas y reembolsos relacionados con retrasos por parte de los transportadores o por solicitud interna;
- Trabajar en el departamento de ventas desarrollando actividades relacionadas con soporte y atención al cliente, registro de pedidos, posiciones de stock, actualizaciones de listas de productos y precios, entre otros;
- Apoyar a vendedores, representantes y/o clientes con respecto a soluciones a problemas, créditos, precios, plazos de entrega y productos en inventarios;
- Calcular, eventualmente las comisiones de los representantes y vendedores;
- Preparar y emitir memorandos, comunicaciones internas y externas, informes y otros documentos relevantes para el área;
**Requisitos**:
- Educación Superior Completa: Administración, Logística o afines;
- Experiência como Analista de Customer Service operando en el país de Chile.
- Acompañar el proceso de ventas desde la facturación hasta el destino final, apuntando a la calidad del servicio.
- Acompañar mensualmente el informe de precisión del pronóstico de ventas, midiendo las desviaciones.
- Interactuar con el Departamento Financiero, con el fin de verificar el límite de crédito, alineando con el cliente la liberación de facturaciones.
- Conocimiento avanzado de la herramienta Excel.
