**Job Summary**

Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Collaborate with technical leaders and human resources teams to identify development needs and design relevant and effective learning programs.
- Lead the development and implementation of re-skilling programs to ensure the adaptability and technical capability of our employees in a constantly evolving technological environment.
- Manage and administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure the availability and effectiveness of learning resources.
- Research and stay up-to-date with certifications and emerging trends in the technology area, especially in the cloud, to integrate them into our development programs.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of development programs on business objectives and talent retention, adjusting strategies as necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduate/Bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering, or psychology.
- +4 years of experience in Learning & Development positions.
- Experience and knowledge in the technology industry.
- Fluent conversational English - Mandatory.
- Knowledge of trending certifications in the IT area: cloud.
- Experience in interacting with technical leaders from other areas.
- Knowledge of re-skilling processes.
- Management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of engagement strategies: how to engage employees in training processes.
- Soft skills: communication, negotiation, self-management.
