Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Comprador/a para nuestro equipo ✨

Tus principales funciones serán
- Anticipar prioridades y planes de acción en colaboración con los stakeholders para ofrecer un sólido compliance, ahorros e iniciativas de sostenibilidad.
- Liderar licitaciones, benchmarking y negociaciones de contratos en alineación con las necesidades del negocio.
- Construir relaciones sólidas con los category teams de Zona para alinear necesidades y prioridades del país.
- Definir y gestionar la estrategia de compras de la categoría a cargo alineada a las políticas y estrategias de Zona y globales.
- Desarrollar un profundo conocimiento del mercado e identificar nuevos socios potenciales y modelos de contratación.
- Identificar innovaciones relacionadas a la categoría de compras a cargo para desarrollar el negocio de L´Oréal.
- Construir y gestionar relaciones estratégicas con proveedores gestionando scorecards (KPIs), reuniones con el negocio/usuarios y evaluación de riesgos.
- Realizar el análisis de gasto de la categoría a su cargo para definir planes de acción, aumentar la cobertura de comprar y tener el control de la categoría.
- Trabajar conjuntamente con finanzas para validar ahorros y aprobar presupuestos.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el departamento legal para diseñar contratos estándar o negociar cláusulas personalizadas según las negociaciones realizadas.

Cumples los requisitos
- Bachiller en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o carreras afines
- Por lo menos 3 años de experiência en el área de Compras: abastecimiento estratégico, adquisiciones y gestión de categorías de compras.
- Nível Intermedio-Avanzado de Excel
- Inglés avanzado
