Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Buyer for the CCFS Procurement Category - covering all sub-Categories: Capital Expenditures, Construction, Facility Services, Real Estate, Energy, MRO and Office Supplies.

**What will you do**

The Buyer, CCFS of Procurement is responsible for the analytical and contractual tracking and follow-up of Procurement activities involved in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, services related to the CCFS family of categories. They will drive alignment between the business and category strategies by interfacing with the internal and external team, and related systems. The Buyer, CCFS will also be tasked with end-to-end alignment and support of our regional category needs supporting the team with both strategic and transactional support on key projects and initiatives and will act as a central point of contact on the team for ensuring that reporting is aligned to ongoing updates and actual results. This person will ensure that ties to the larger spend management responsibilities in partnership with their peers, including, but not limited to, Category Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracting, and Innovation.
- Ensure all CCFS procurement activities support the development and execution of category practices for selected categories, including support of sourcing strategy definition, sourcing project execution and stakeholder alignment
- With strong category focus the Sourcing analyst drives and supports the execution of the sourcing projects and is the point of interaction between the Category Managers and the procurement operations team and business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, organize, and analyze procurement data related to the CCFS categories, including spend data, supplier performance data, and contract data.
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the procurement function in the travel, meetings, events, and fleet categories.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate procurement performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement professionals and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
- Analyze supplier proposals, contracts, and performance data to identify opportunities for negotiation and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain procurement data models to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline procurement data management and analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks in the CCFS family of categories.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining data quality standards and performing regular data audits.
- Communicate procurement data insights and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Ideally 2-3 years in procurement experience in one of more of the sub categories within the CCFS space.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement data analytics, with a focus in either plant or distribution operations and or services related to the functioning of manufacturing or office facilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Experience working with procurement software and tools, such as eProcurement, spend analytics, ERPs, and contract management platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
