**A Day in the Life**
- Respond to customer product inquiries, issues or malfunctions via telephone or chat sessions.
- Support using interpersonal skills and product knowledge the customer inquiries.
- Document customer information, troubleshoot, and/or recurring product issues to support product quality programs and product development.

**Must Haves**
- High school degree
- 1 year of experience providing technical support, customer service, back office or related
- Fluent in English level
- Communication Skills Good resolution of conflicts

**Nice to Haves**
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with interpersonal interactions with customers
- Experience in using a computer and multiple software programs
- Ability to use multiple software programs and navigate through multiple screens and programs at the same time
