Our client is looking for an exceptional **Customer Service Representative** to join their team and make a large impact right away. You will run points on customers’ issues and resolve their inquiries in an attentive and empathic manner. While becoming a product expert, you will perform the key responsibility of providing valuable feedback to improve the company’s internal and external tools.

Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment type: Full-time- Shift: Mon to Fri/Tues to Sat; The shift is yet to be discussed but there are going to be 2 (9 to 6 and 10 to 7)- Work set-up: Onsite, Bogotá

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Working with customers and displaying the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Being a strong problem solver and critical thinker; avoiding sending the same answer for the same issue.
- Ability to keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

**What awaits you in this role?**
- Solve a minimum of 30 tickets per day (top performers close over 40).
- Be organized in setting priorities, adhering to scheduled activities, and responding to customers in a timely manner (representatives are held to high standards for CSAT, time to first response, and overall response time).
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to actively report customer bugs to engineering to ensure the fastest resolution possible.
- Maintain an excited mindset to learn about new products as they are launched.
