**A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Responds to customer product inquiries, issues or malfunctions via telephone or chat sessions.
- Interpersonal skills and product knowledge are critical to responding and troubleshooting to customer inquiries.
- Documents customer information, troubleshooting, and/or recurring product issues to support product quality programs and product development.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of (1) year supervisory experience in leading team handling complex customer issues.
- 2 years of experience working with customer service, back office, technical support or related.
- Availability to work Sunday to Thursday (4:00 pm - 2:00 a.m.)
- Advance English level.
- Previous experience running high volume outbound call center teams.
- Follow up on daily results from the team.
- Support on scalations situations with the customer.
- Monitoring the team.

**Nice to Have**
- Thorough knowledge medical device industry.
- Previous experience running high volume outbound call center teams.
- Experience in using a computer and multiple software programs
- High volume call center experience (40 calls a day on average per rep) in a technical troubleshooting helpdesk role.
- Ability to use multiple software programs and navigate through multiple screens and programs at the same time.
