Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de profesionales del área de la salud que quieran ser parte de un gran proyecto con una importante farmacéutica multinacional.

Coordinador regional Línea Oral Health

Objetivo del cargo

Acompañamiento y seguimiento del equipo de visita odontológica para asegurar que el proyecto se lleve de acuerdo con los lineamientos y objetivos establecidos por el cliente ejecutando su estrategia para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.

Principales Funciones
- Garantizar la correcta implementación de la estrategia del cliente por parte del equipo de representantes
- Cumplir con los objetivos establecidos con el cliente para el año fiscal.
- Identificar las necesidades del equipo de visitadores con su panel odontológico para poder emprender acciones y atenderlas eficientemente.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación y utilización de la Plataforma CRM- Veeva por parte de los representantes.
- Seguimiento y acompañamiento al equipo de representantes en la construcción de paneles con la estrategia señalada.
- Entrenar y acompañar al equipo de representantes, para que el proyecto se lleve de acuerdo con lo establecido con el cliente.
- Seguimiento al equipo de representantes en el correcto uso de los materiales asignados según la estrategia

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional en áreas administrativas y/o salud
- Experiência de 1 año en adelante lidereando procesos y fuerza de ventas (Deseable como Gerente de Distrito).
- Experiência indispensable en líneas odontológicas.
- Habilidades para gestionar personas, análisis de datos, planeación y desarrollo de informes a su equipo
- Sólidas competencias de orientación a resultados, liderazgo, coaching y comunicación.
- Manejo avanzado de office, Power point y Excel
- Ciudad de residencia: Bogotá
