We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic **Patient Care Coordinator** to join our healthcare team in Bogotá. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to patients by managing their appointments, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Your goal is to improve patient satisfaction and streamline healthcare processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Assist with patient intake, ensuring accurate documentation and records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate information to patients.
- Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding treatment plans, medication, and healthcare processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant healthcare certifications or degrees preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care coordination, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and managing patient records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
