**Full Job Description**
At EdgeUno, we are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge infrastructure solutions for the SAP Business One ecosystem. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Business Development Manager, PaaS**, to drive our engagement with SAP Business One channels, VAR’s, Resellers, Consulting and Implementation firms, Seller Partners, SAP Cloud services providers, SAP Solution Developers Partners, Education Partners, SAP Innovation & Technology Partners among others and organizations undergoing SAP Business One industry. This role presents a unique opportunity to blend industry expertise, networking finesse, and exceptional sales acumen to achieve mutually beneficial partnerships and business growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, nurturing, and closing strategic deals within the SAP Business One ecosystem. By leveraging your industry knowledge, sales expertise, and networking skills, you will elevate our PaaS solutions for SAP Business One and other ERP Plataforms to new heights.
**Core Responsibilities**
- **Experience & Knowledge**:
- SAP Business One Background: A proven track record of working with SAP Business One solutions.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in industries closely aligned with our target customers, providing valuable insights into their pain points and needs.
- SAP Business One ecosystem Experience: Previous involvement in SAP Business One soutions and sales processes, offering firsthand knowledge of organizational challenges and requirements.
- Solution Selling: Proficiency in understanding client problems and tailoring solutions to address their specific needs.
- **Networking & Relationships**:
- Existing Contacts: Established relationships within the SAP Business One ecosystem, including consulting firms, integrators, and user groups, enabling efficient partnership building.
- SAP Business One Events Participation: Active participation in SAP events such as SAPPHIRE NOW, TechEd, and local user group meetings.
- **Sales Skills**:
- Consultative Sales Approach: Adept at uncovering customer pain points and delivering tailored solutions that provide genuine value.
- Negotiation Skills: Skillful negotiation to achieve mutually beneficial deals.
- Pipeline Management: Proficient in tracking and managing sales leads through CRMs and other tools.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree: Particularly in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Previous experience as a sales executive, business developer, or related roles in the industry with SAP Products.
- SAP Certifications and Sales Training are desirable.
- Excellent customer support and assertive communication skills, translating technical details into business benefits.
- Proficiency in negotiations and involvement throughout the sales cycle.
- English level equal to or higher than B2 is a must.
