**¿De qué se trata este cargo?**

Responsable de asegurar la efectividad del proceso de puesta en marcha de servicios digitales SAP+ y otras aplicaciones, garantizando la correcta implementación de evolutivos, resolución de incidentes y requerimientos.

**Tus funciones serían**:

- Asegurar que las implementaciones sigan la metodología ágil definida, manteniendo foco en el alcance, objetivos, costos, tiempos, calidad de los entregables, riesgos y gestión de cambio con el objetivo de asegurar una implementación exitosa.
- Soportar la definición y documentación de alto nível de iniciativas generadas desde la gestión de la demanda, con el objetivo de mantener una hoja de ruta y priorizar futuros entregables.
- Configurar y/o parametrizar la herramienta SAP de acuerdo con el diseño establecido en la fase de exploración, garantizando la correcta segregación de funciones y los requerimientos técnicos.
- Asegurar un adecuado programa de pruebas con foco en desempeño, consistencia funcional y técnica y calidad de los entregables, garantizando la ejecución de las pruebas unitarias e integrales con usuario final.
- Definir la definición del set de datos para la ejecución de los planes de pruebas e interactuar con los responsables de la Gestión de Ambientes en la preparación y migración (de ser necesario) de este conjunto de datos.
- Planear la estrategia de puesta en marcha como base del plan cutover, definir y mantener estrategias y herramientas para soportar las evaluaciones de puesta en marcha de los servicios digitales SAP.
- Soportar la elaboración de la arquitectura técnica para garantizar la disponibilidad, robustez y desempeño de la infraestructura.
- Garantizar la resolución de incidentes y requerimientos, configurando directamente o con apoyo de outsourcing en caso necesario. Apalancar la generación automática de reportes de níveles de servicio y su divulgación en tecnología y el negocio.

**Experiência**

Experiência mínima de 8 años en total, 5 años en el cargo, realizando la implementación de módulos SAP en empresas similares o más grandes que GeoPark.

**Formación**

Profesional en ingeniería, administración de empresas u afines, preferiblemente con especialización en áreas afines. Certificación SAP vigente en su especialidad.
