What you'll do: As a BTS Value and Transformation Advisor, you will:

- Collaborate on customers' optimization and efficiency of their value chain and operational model based on innovation, digital transformation, process optimization and value realization initiatives.
- Support the creation of strategic and tactical roadmaps based on business outcomes.
- Develop compelling business cases, value realization plans and business process transformation roadmaps.
- Provide advice on long
- and short-term opportunities for strategic imperatives and recommend innovations.
- Be the value guardian of a customer's transformation process, guiding strategic decision-making and driving benefits realization.
- Advise on the transformation towards an intelligent digital enterprise.
- Support business model innovation and business process re-design.
- Support the customer success of implementation of SAP solutions and platforms according to customer needs.

What you bring:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders, partners and SAP account teams.
- The capability to work across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements to achieve business outcomes.
- The ability to envision the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business and IT transformation.
- Business and financial acumen
- SAP implementation expertise as an architect.
- Knowledge of SAP Signavio or other BPM/BPI tools.
- 4+ years of SAP solution experience, management consulting experience.
- 2+ years in at least one of the following industries: Finance, Logistic, Retail, Consumer Products or Oil and Gas.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, knowledge in Portuguese is a plus.
