**What you’ll do**:
**Position title**: SAP Marketing, Digital Experience early career talent

**Location**:Bogota, Colombia
- Hybrid work set-up (Remote and office when required)

**Duration**: Temporary up to 2 years

**About the Role**: As a Partner onboarding/Publishing & Content Manager, you support the partner publishing function for the e-commerce business at SAP, which consists of several content reviewers and a dedicated copywriter who reviews and enhances ISV-provided content against a set of content guidelines before publishing.

**Scope of Responsibilities**:

- For content management systems, define the features, write acceptance criteria and design business flows, and work with internal IT to prioritize the team’s backlog. Collect partner and internal user feedback in order to continuously improve the content management system and publishing business process and refine the roadmap.
- Enable ISV partners to create best-in-class product pages that help to sell their solutions in SAP’s e-commerce web property, SAP Store.
- Own the partner-facing content guidelines, content success metrics, and analytics for the partner solution portfolio and obsessively track and measure results, gather insights, and optimize content for conversion.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including Partner Ecosystem success programs, product marketing, partner managers, and ISVs, to address the content needs of specific personas across all stages of the customer journey

**Education and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, communications, or related

**Experience/Skill Set Requirements**:

- Strong Content Marketing skills with knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in the English language
- Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable on the phone as you’ll be speaking directly with SAP partners and internal stakeholders
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms
- A self-starter with energy, drive, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A quick learner with the ability to learn to utilize our content publishing platform, understand processes and the SAP solution portfolio
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment, across time zones, and in virtual teams.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
