Interamerican, a dynamic and multicultural public relations agency based in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Miami in Florida is looking for a full time professional to join our Travel Trade Team in Bogota.

If you are passionate about the travel sector and have experience working in this segment, this position is for you

Interamerican portfolio counts with the most iconic destinations, attractions, airlines and travel related products. The position will be home office based.

Job description:

- Organize and conduct Sales Calls with tour operators, airlines, local travel associations and potential strategic partners.
- Organize and conduct Trainings with tour operators, travel agencies and other potential partners.
- Select participants, organize, and escort fam trips.
- Attend local travel trade shows, events, and workshops.
- Escort client when in Colombia.
- Organize sales blitz, roadshows, and sales mission across Colombia.

- Good relationship with tour operators, airlines, and travel agencies.
- Team work skills to work with a multicultural team in Colombia and across LATAM.
- Multidisciplinary work across different departments.
- Strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to travel.
- Valid passport and visa to travel to the USA.
- Experience with Office 365 (Excel, Windows, PPT, Teams, SharePoint). Familiarity with Zoom, OKR, Asana, Pipefy is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the travel sector (PR agency, tour operator, airlines, travel insurance, representation company or GSA firm) in Colombia.
