As a **Sales Account Executive, **you will be responsible for generating revenue growth by achieving sales goals and fostering long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold high standards of client service excellence, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded at every touchpoint.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Build and maintain relationships with shipping clients, including manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and distributors through regular follow-ups, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively develop and strengthen client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Implement strategies to attract new high-quality business opportunities, utilizing market research and networking opportunities.
- Present shipping services and solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, Marketing or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: At least 1+ year of experience working in phone sales, business development, and/or as an account executive. Having experience in the Logistics industry is a plus.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Location**: Only for **Colombia**. This position will be **remote.**:

- **Salary**: 4.500.000 COP.
