Responsibilities:
The Global MPS Offer Manager (OM) is responsible for the overall success and support of specific MPS Offers in all corresponding geos.
- This includes opportunity development, promoting awareness about the offers, and project planning.
- Day-by-day responsibilities of a OM include:

- Qualify Opportunities with the sales teams and provide insight regarding the best options available
- Validate developing Opportunities are still within Offering Scope prior to contract creation
- Evaluating and approving enrollment requests when they do not fit all criteria
- Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams to initiate customer on-boarding
- High-level 1st line support for partners (Indirect) utilizing Lexmark Cloud Services
- In addition to day-by-day responsibilities, a OM is expected to actively identify existing Lexmark MPS contracts that are approaching renewal and/or have potential to convert to the MPS Offer.
- A OM is responsible for monitoring and reporting of specific MPS Offers by monitoring Opportunities, performing post sales analysis.
- In charge of the P&L of the specific Offers, the OM will ensure it stays profitable and work with the Portfolio Manager to make appropriate adjustments to the pricing and contract (if needed).

**Skills**:

- Strong English and Spanish communication skills (both written and oral)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent time management, project management, communication, and coordination skills
- Familiar with Lexmark Cloud Services or has a technical background to learn / train Lexmark Cloud Services platform is a plus
- The OM will need to quickly develop a thorough knowledge of Lexmark’s offerings and capabilities and be able to guide sales teams in both strategic and tactical conversations regarding the preparation of business proposals
- The OM should have a very keen eye for detail and must be very proactive, resourceful and possess a strong sense of ownership of assigned projects and the entire proposal process
