You’ll be part of the US Payroll team responsible for timely and accurate pay by assisting with the management of time administration, processing daily and biweekly payroll and assisting with testing and payroll projects.
**A Day in the Life**
- Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Payroll.
- Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
- Provides organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization.
- Works on assignments that are extremely complex in nature and may be responsible for leading daily operations.
- Performs a variety of complex or technical-advanced administrative and clerical duties.
- Has high degree of initiative; Work may be done without established procedures.
- Work may include activities related to special assignments and providing instructions to accomplish day-to-day work activities to junior individuals in the department.
- Work involves obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department or which may be of sensitive nature.
- Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
**Must Haves**
- Requires 6+ or more months of experience in Payroll
- Fluent in English level
- Ability to respond to difficult or confusing situations using positive customer service
- Experience working in a multi-state environment
**Nice to Haves**
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- 2 or more years of payroll experience
- Experience using Workday
- Experience working with time-keeping systems
