**La Oportunidad**

Esta posición está ubicada en **Bogotá** en nuestra división de HIAC Core Lab.

Estamos potenciando la toma de decisiones médicas y económicas más inteligentes para ayudar a transformar la manera en que las personas manejan su salud en todas las etapas de la vida. Cada día, se realizan más de 10 millones de pruebas con los instrumentos de diagnóstico de Abbott, proporcionando resultados de laboratorio para millones de personas.

**Que harás**

Soporte Educacional e Integración
- Desarrollar destrezas para los entrenamientos en productos y equipos.
- Integración y verificación de Instrumentos
- Identificar la clase de entrenamiento que necesita el cliente si es básico o avanzado.
- Autoaprendizaje y capacitación en los nuevos productos para entrenar a Clientes y ser soporte científico para la División.

Soporte en Aplicaciones
- Proveer soporte Técnico a Clientes, CSS y Call Center para resolver problemas de ensayos y aplicaciones.
- Mantenerse actualizada frente al nível de conocimiento que exige el Mercado tal es el caso de Control de Calidad del Laboratorio Clínico.

Soporte Técnico para la Fuerza de Ventas
- Soporte Técnico Especializado para resolver objeciones técnicas de los clientes en visitas con la Ejecutiva de Cuenta, participando en demostraciones, capacitaciones y educación científica.
- Identificar y plantear procesos óptimos en el cliente para obtener el mejor rendimiento de los productos y equipos ADD.

Registro complaints y servicios enCall Management System (CMS) de Abbott Diagnostics.
- Mantener los registros de Complaints y Servicios de acuerdo a los patrones internacionales y la normativa nacional exigidos en Call Management System (CMS) de Abbott Diagnostics.
- Procesar y cumplir con toda las actualizaciones de información técnica recibidas. (Quality Directive,Product Information, Field Action,Technical Bulletin, Technical Service Bulletin, Instrument Service Advisory).

Satisfacción del Cliente
- Proveer Fiabilidad, Garantía, Servicios Tangibles, Empatía y Sensibilidad para mantener un grado alto de satisfacción al cliente.

**Cualificaciones requeridas**
- Profesional en Ingeniería, Electrónica o Eléctrica
- Habilidades en inglés intermedio (escrito y oral) / bilingüe es preferido
- Uso de software de negocio incluyendo MS Office e Internet/mail.
- TroubleShooting/ resolución de problemas presencial o remotamente.
- Power BI
- Disponibilidad de tiempo 24/7

**Cualificaciones preferidas**
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en procesos de automatización en banda - conocimiento en electrónica y/o informática
- Trabajo en grupo orientado a habilidades fuertemente interpersonales.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectivas.
- Manejo de tiempo
- Interacción con cliente
- Habilidades computacionales
