**Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.
**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.
**A day in the life**:
You will be working on a rotating cast of clients, and assisting the services team with strategic marketing deliverables that aim to increase the return that our clients get on their marketing investment. The core deliverables provided will be media plans, however, those deliverables can additional research, audience work, customer analysis, and product understanding, as those are key marketing components that influence ROI. You will spend your time diving into current and prospective client needs and providing consultative cross-channel recommendations to be executed by the client services team. You will work closely with some of the industry's most strategic folks, and you will be enabled by proprietary tech like Nova to provide fast and effective value in all that you do Daily/weekly could include:
- _Field and respond to media planning and testing inquiries and enable the right course of action based on internal priorities and resource constraints_
- _Assist in cross-channel forecasting based on client goals_
- _Lead audience, product, and media analysis to inform cross-channel, goal-oriented, full-funnel media strategies_
- _Analyze performance data, confidently recommend appropriate action plans based on data and goal-driven conclusions_
- Organize, update, and create department materials to educate and inform agency of media planning fundamentals
**Responsibilities**:
- **Internal Partner Collaboration**:Work with other departments to help build plans, go-to-market strategies, and other consulting deliverables, all with the goal of increasing marketing ROI for clients
- **Develop Strategic Cross Channel Communications Recommendations**:Conduct and deliver all-encompassing strategic marketing recommendations and deliverables that leverage data and insights to achieve the client’s goals
- **Develop and Distribute Straetic POVs**: to agency, clients, and other stakeholders. Providing Power Digital with an ongoing stream of industry developments, market overviews, and competitive reviews
- **Strategy + Consulting Work: Manage ongoing client media planning, assist in new business media planning, and leverage planning tools for ongoing consulting service work with clients who have hired Power Digital for consulting work**:
- **Monitors the planned delivery**: with the channel teams, and collaborates with the analytics team to compile and summarize social conversations, client proprietary research, syndicated research, and other trends
- **Research and Audience analysis**:learning about the client at hand, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc
- **Testing Operations**: assist in client/channel/tactic testing brief creation, and operationalize department involvement in ongoing client testing roadmaps
- **Media Operations**: Planning input consolidation and collection, kicking off plan briefs, testing roadmaps, and implementation processes
- **Planning Involvement**:Assist in all things media planning/strategy + presentation development, establish cross-departmental channel relationships to provide meaningful channel-level planning knowledge to broader team
- **Automation: Assist in operationalizing the deliverables generated by the media planning team. This can encompass tool development, product development, or establishing more efficient ways of working with clients**
**Role Requirements**:
- _3+ years experience in cross-channel media strategy and end-to-end media operations management, ideally agency experience but not required_
