Vestas LATAM is responsible for developing these markets in terms of sales, project installation, and Service.

Customer Service Manager Latam North will be part of Service team for LATAM North sub region.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Manager, you will be responsible for the revenue of your own customer portfolio. As the main Vestas contact for your customers, you will create, build and retain the high-quality customer relationships and internal collaboration, resulting in high customer satisfaction as well as solid financial growth for both the customer and Vestas.

Furthermore, you will:
Define and seek new business opportunities and coordinate complex after sales projects needed for profitable development

Act on behalf of the customer internally within Vestas to ensure that we deliver on the customers' business case, which will include communication with the planning department, technicians, and other stakeholders

Calculate and follow up on cost and profitability of our service contracts as well as negotiate sales if additional service

Create and secure administrative routines with new or existing customers

Actively participate in the handovers of new wind parks from sales and construction

Handle daily customer communications

**Qualifications**

On the professional side, we believe you have experience from a similar position in a similar industry, for instance from an international company

Experience in working project-based and being involved in the execution process communicating with several different stakeholders

Proven skills in delivering on budget and delivering a good customer experience in a cost-efficient way

Bachelor's degree or similar level acquired through work experience

Basic contractual knowledge is important as contracts form the baseline in discussion with customers

Good skills in MS Office and experience in using ERP systems such as SAP

Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, possibly portuguese.
