**Job Description**Perform strategic analysis based on competitive trends, control the orientation and determination of Sofitel Legend Santa Clara and Sofitel Barú Calablanca Beach Resort rates. Performs the annual diagnosis of sales in accommodation, as well as in all the hotel's consumption centers, identifying strategies to increase revenue, as well as making income projections.

Participates in the preparation of the Cluster marketing plan and budget, guaranteeing the reliability of the information and data. It contributes to improving the average price per room in consistency with the Cluster rate policy and the brand.
**Work Experience**Professional in Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration or similar, with a minimum experience of three (3) years in similar positions, with in-depth knowledge of software such as Opera, TARS, OTA Insight, EZRMS, Advanced Excel and Power Point, Powerbi, STR, VBA and ideally knowledge and management of programming languages such as R would be advantageous.

We are looking for an analytical person, with a marked commercial orientation, who has excellent communication skills.

Fluency in the Spanish and English language as a prerequisite.
