At **Solvo Global** we are looking for an **Executive Assitant** to join our amazing team
- Assist the Employee Experience Team with maintaining HR Administrative processes & documentation, respond to employee inquiries & communications, identify issues that need to be escalated to other team members and follow up to ensure the customer receives an appropriate response/resolution, and assist with department projects and initiatives.
**Responsabilities**:
- Process tickets/cases in the ticketing/case system and add changes/updates to Prism in a timely and accurate manner (Examples of tickets/case types: terminations, status changes, promotions, merit increases, educational assistance/reimbursement, etc.)
**Ordering flowers, sympathy gifts, or other ad hoc gifts by request from department senior leaders or Internal HR leadership for department employees by request.**
**Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness at all levels in the organization and across cultures.
- Adheres to KPIs and SOPs according to guidelines established.
- Must use logic and reasoning to make immediate decisions under pressure or tight deadlines.
**Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.**
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to collaborate with others.
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written format, dictate notes from employee relations conversations, etc. in the English language proficiently. (C2 Level required).
**Salary**: $2,400,000 - $2,500,000 per month
