NeoWork is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Outreach / Virtual Assistant with experience in Insurance accounts to join our high-performing sales team. As a Sales Outreach / Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales activities to generate and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Attention to detail for admin tasks

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the Client's services
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Client's services
**Requirements**:
- At least 3+ years of proven track record in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in the BPO industry
- At least 2 + years with Insurance selling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
- Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
- Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
