As a Virtual Assistant at Polo Staffing, you will play a crucial role in helping our organization run smoothly. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, offering you the opportunity to contribute to our success from the comfort of your own home in Medellin, Colombia. This is a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Assist in various administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization.

**Calendar Management**: Maintain and update schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.

**Research**: Conduct research on industry-related topics and provide summaries and recommendations.

**Data Entry**: Input, update, and manage data in spreadsheets and databases.

**Documentation**: Create, format, and proofread documents and reports as needed.

**Task Coordination**: Assist in organizing and coordinating tasks and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
