- Garantizar una experiência de cliente excepcional y mejorar continuamente la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos, asegurando la satisfacción y fidelización del cliente.- **Responsabilidades**:
- Apoyar en los diferentes proyectos del área y estrategias de atención al cliente, planes de acción para mejorar la experiência del cliente en la empresa, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes.
- Supervisar y conocer los canales de atención al cliente, procedimientos de la empresa, proporcionando orientación y apoyo cuando sea necesario.
- Gestionar las quejas y reclamaciones, debe ser el punto de contacto principal para las quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes, asegurándose de que se resuelvan de manera oportuna y satisfactoria para el cliente.
- Analizar los datos de experiência del cliente, debe recopilar y analizar los datos de experiência del cliente, utilizando esta información para identificar las áreas de mejora y desarrollar estrategias para aumentar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otras áreas, como el área de marketing, producto, comunicaciones e indemnización, para garantizar una experiência de cliente consistente y coherente en toda la empresa.
- Crear el mapa de la experiência del cliente: es fundamental tener una comprensión clara de las acciones que el usuario debe realizar en el sitio web y diseñar el camino que lo llevará a hacerlas de manera efectiva.

Conocimientos y Habilidades- Profesional en Mercadeo., Administración de Empresas y/o carreras afines
- Experiência en atención al cliente.
- Habilidades comunicativas.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad de liderazgo.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año
