We are searching for the best talent for Product Communications Manager to be in Bogotá, Colombia.
Purpose:
The Product Communications Manager for Latin America North, Central America and the Caribbean will contribute to the coordination of external relations activities that enhance corporate/product visibility and community engagement (Patient Advocacy Groups, among others) for products of the pharmaceutical sector of Johnson & Johnson (known as Innovative Medicine), leading the implementation of cross-functional programs to guarantee brand and product success and growth among key audiences in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Costa Rica.
Working closely with several areas of the Company, the role will be a key driver of J&J IM’s external stakeholder engagement and empowerment. The newly created role will be a core member of the Latin American Communications and Public Affairs Team, directly reporting to Sr. Communications Manager of Communications and Public Affairs in these countries.
Promotes consistency of on-brand messaging across communications channels, as well as monitoring and measuring communications based key performance indicators.
You will be responsible for:
- Applies highly developed knowledge of the external environment and key products to develop product communications strategies designed to improve visibility and reputation.
- Connects and drives differential and compliant projects with Patient Advocacy Groups in prioritized geographies.
- Guides colleagues to deliver promotional events, community engagement efforts, and other external relations activities in service of the product communication strategy.
- Creates analytics reporting on program key performance indicators and competitive benchmarking and identifies opportunities for growth and improved efficiency.
- Addresses and manages issues concerning our products.
- Develops actionable insights into the performance of product communication efforts and contributes ideas for improvements or adjustments on future initiatives.
- Recommends communication talking points to management for key product change initiatives, policy changes, and other information to employees.
- Acts a one of the day-to-day contacts for external PR agency to help manage the account team, deliverables and budget.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree and above; advanced degree preferred.
Required Years of Related Experience: 8
- Strong public affairs and Patient Advocacy experience required
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Proactive attitude to identify and address opportunities and resilient mindset to act according the shifts of the environment.
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop robust strategies to connect product needs with communications plans and activations
- Flawless spanish and english written, verbal and visual communication skills is a must
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills in a complex organization with proven success navigating among multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in omnichannel campaigns (integrating digital and PR skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously across geographies and time zones
- Proven leadership skills
