ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Product Development Manager at Icesi, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Leveraging Agile methodologies to prioritize work items and facilitate effective trade-off communications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless stakeholder communication and alignment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of total work experience in an Agile environment.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Intermediate demo/presentation skills.
- Advanced written communication/requirements skills.
Prior experience in the Business Insurance or Commercial Multi-Peril Product sectors is preferred.
Software and ToolsFamiliarity with Office Suite and Rally (or similar systems like JIRA) is essential for success in this role.
