**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to interact in this client-facing role.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in managing and developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared insight and purpose.
- Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders and driving results in complex, agile environments.
- Experience leading sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video) and the key participant landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
- Understanding of customer business objectives, with the ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing eCommerce in Colombia so that consumers have increased access to information, goods and tools. You will partner with Travel (e.g., airlines) and Finance (e.g., Banks) customers to provide advisory on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect with their audiences.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute long-term strategies with clients, leading cross-functional teams for collaboration. Drive regional/industry growth through C-level relationship building.
- Achieve business goals by presenting Google advertising solutions tailored to clients' marketing objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and partners, understanding their business needs.
- Manage a team and collaborate with regional sales to aim existing and new clients, fostering strong relationships.
