**Your mission**

You should be an individual with corporate and credit knowledge seeking a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment, with at least 15 years of work experience. You should also have completed credit training at a bank or other financial institution, insurance company, or credit rating agency. Additionally, you must be fluent in spanish and have experience in the región.

**This is what your responsibilities will be**
- Counterparty Credit Assessment - analyzing the creditworthiness of our risk exposures and being able to concisely and comprehensively recommend appropriate credit limits and/or credit structures.
- Capacity to Manage Risk - Balancing risk and reward.
- Automation and Scoring as Core Values - Working with the Data Science team to produce and validate risk models that can be tested in a real environment, validated, and scaled.
- Credit Control - regularly reviewing a portfolio of credit exposures with an aptitude for making recommendations when breaches or exceptions are discovered.
- People Management - Managing a team of credit analysts initially located in Brazil, Colombia, and Chile.

**Requisitos**:
**What you need to apply**

Minimum of 15 years of experience in credit with a bank, financial institution, credit rating agency, or insurance company.
- Understanding key elements of credit risk management with a focus on credit assessment in a working capital or commercial banking environment.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive risk reports within tight deadlines and supervise those who do the same.
- Previous experience in reporting portfolio performance to management.
- Capability to lead a team of credit analysts in the region.
- Ability to research industry data and incorporate external information into credit reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
