**Objective**

As a Travel Analyst, you will efficiently coordinate flights, reservations, and travel for
employees, while seeking cost-saving opportunities, establishing vendor agreements,
and providing support in travel-related matters.

**Technical Requirements**
- Degree in Business Administration, Tourism,

Logistics or related fields

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years in travel coordination
- 2+ years in negotiation with vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication

skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems and travel

management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to

detail

**Main responsibilities / functions.**

As Travel Analyst, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

- Coordinate flights, reservations, and travel for company employees.
- Establish and maintain relationships with travel and logistics providers such as

airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to obtain better prices and

conditions.
- Conduct cost analysis of company travel and logistics, identifying opportunities for

savings and efficiency.
- Maintain an updated record of expenses and regularly report on costs associated

with travel and logistics.
- Provide support to employees in case of travel-related problems, including issue

resolution and finding alternative solutions.
- Research and evaluate travel medical insurance options to protect employees in

emergencies or unexpected medical situations.
- Stay informed about trends and regulations in the travel and logistics industry and

suggest improvements or updates as necessary.
