We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager specializing in custom software, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their software needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including C-level executives and decision-makers, answering queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop new relationships with prospective accounts through targeted account mapping, identifying key decision-makers, understanding budgetary constraints, and creating tailored proposals to win new business.
- Measure and track client satisfaction by conducting regular conversations, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
- Escalate problems to the appropriate teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing client downtime.
- Analyze clients' needs and suggest additional engineers or services to meet their requirements and needs.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must-have.
