Este puesto es responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas de Rubbermaid Commercial Products mediante el desarrollo de oportunidades comerciales para cuentas específicas de usuarios finales superiores en diferentes sectores verticales.
Un representante de ventas vertical debe construir relaciones comerciales sólidas identificando oportunidades en las que RCP pueda resolver las necesidades del usuario final.
El equipo de Ventas Verticales es un pilar clave para el crecimiento de las ventas, ya que es responsable de impulsar las ventas de productos RCP a usuarios finales AAA y AA de verticales estratégicas dentro de la región. Esta posición debería alcanzar los objetivos de ventas trimestrales, así como una cantidad de visitas de usuarios finales durante este período.
**Responsabilidades**
- Prestar servicio a la base de datos actual de usuarios finales visitando sus instalaciones, identificando sus necesidades, presentando soluciones de productos y realizando un seguimiento de estas oportunidades de venta para aumentar el listado de productos.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los usuarios y los responsables de la toma de decisiones dentro de los principales usuarios finales para establecer relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los usuarios finales asociándose con ellos y comprendiendo sus necesidades.
- Organizar demostraciones de productos y cursos de formación con los usuarios finales para mostrar las características, ventajas y beneficios de los productos frente a los de la competencia.
- Investigar el mercado en busca de oportunidades e identificar nuevos usuarios finales potenciales alineados con la estrategia de RCP.
- Llamadas en frío a clientes potenciales y establecimiento de relaciones con nuevos usuarios finales para crear relaciones sólidas y duraderas.
- Mantener los conocimientos profesionales y técnicos asistiendo a talleres educativos, revisando publicaciones profesionales, estableciendo redes personales y asistiendo a conferencias y actos del sector.
- Desarrollar continuamente el conocimiento del entorno empresarial, las aplicaciones de los productos y los competidores, al tiempo que se buscan oportunidades de desarrollo empresarial dentro de la vertical.
**Requisitos**:
- Carreras en Administración, Economía, Negocios, Ingeniería, Marketing.
- Se requiere como mínimo 1 año de experiência en el área comercial.
- Experiência preferente en áreas comerciales: comercio, marketing, ventas, trade.
- Nível medio de inglés (hablado y escrito).
- Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft Office.
- Excel Intermedio, Salesforce; Tsol.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras para cumplir con objetivos propuestos y alcanzar Budget de ventas, disponibilidad para viajar.
