We are searching for the best talent for **Manager, Global Experience Total Rewards **to be in **Bogotá, Colombia; Manila, Philippines; New Brunswick,USA; Tampa, FL, USA; Prague, Czech Republic; Suzhou, China.**

**Purpose:
**Reporting to the Global Services Total Rewards Global Experience Lead, this position will provide day-to-day expertise and direction in matters that span corporate benefits programs, with specific emphasis supporting operations and employee experience for J&J’s enterprise global flexible work program (“J&J Flex”).

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support J&J Flex program as it evolves towards ‘steady state’ by proactively preparing Global Services teams to ensure successful handling of routine operations
- Collaborate directly with Corporate Services team to design and implement J&J Flex process improvements to drive compliance and elevate employee experience
- Partner across Corporate Services, Communications, Contact Center, and Content Management teams to develop comprehensive communications material across intranet sites, employee communications, and program messaging platforms
- Develop and deploy education materials & employee resource content to establish a foundation for capability building and learning
- Ensure seamless and accurate reporting across digital platforms to shape program insights & decision-making
- Operationalize new policies, programs, and plan design changes, as well as their integration with existing administrative systems by training Contact Center teams and providing guidance to BUHR partners
- Manage the systems / technology to support plan and program administration and operations
- Support additional GS TR initiatives as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, engineering management, business administration or related field
- Required Years of Related Experience: 8-10 years of human resources, service delivery, and/or healthcare business experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Strong digital & data analytics skills
- Experience and passion for crafting and implementing robust process improvement
- Comfortable switching between big picture orientation and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex business problems to produce streamlined deliverables
- Experience using a human-centered approach to communication and process design
- Strong project management skills with experience on large, complex projects
- Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively both internally and externally at all levels
