**What the day will look like**

Financial Lines Broker is responsible for supporting the administration and portfolio development of financial lines policies for financial institutions including BBB, IRF, D&O, FIPI, E&O.
- Perform market reserving.
- Prepare all technical information for underwriters, including reinsurance contract documentation for small, medium and large accounts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with reinsurers.
- Support in the renewal of the current portfolio.
- Manage new business opportunities.
- Preparation of spreadsheets for the determination of income.
- Preparation of placement slips and coverage notes.
- Handling of all existing portfolio movements including portfolio requirements and operations.
- Compliance with the financial plan and goals in charge of the line and other established indicators.
- Technical and personal development of the broking teams.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience: 8 years - In an insurance or reinsurance broker or in an insurance company in the underwriting or claims area.
- Technical Knowledge: In Insurance, Reinsurance and in general of general insurance lines (Financial Lines BBB, IRF, D&O, FIPI, E&O).
- Studies and/or specialties: Professional graduate in administrative, accounting, engineering or law areas.
- Languages: Advanced level of English
- Technological tools: Excel, Word and Power Point and Office in general.
