Responsible for the management, custody and use of cash and securities, intervening in the collection and payment operations carried out by the company. Responsible for the implementation of the financial policy, collection, custody, use and management of company funds according to established procedures and standards.
**Descripción del empleo**
1 Supervisar secciones a cargo de pronósticos de disponibilidades, apertura de créditos, transferencias, procesamiento de documentación contable, cobranzas y pagos.
2 Administrar los cobros de los ingresos y los cargos de los préstamos y de la cartera de inversiones. Realiza los desembolsos de los préstamos y los pagos a los proveedores, al personal, el servicio de la deuda, las inversiones fijas y otros, según los medios de pago que correspondan (transferencias electrónicas, SWIFT, cheques, etc.).
3 Controlar las condiciones financieras pactadas en las operaciones de préstamos y otros activos, así como las transacciones con las instituciones financieras.
4 Coordinar con el Área de Contabilidad la contabilización de las operaciones de Tesorería y del Área de Programación Financiera y Mercados de Capitales.
5 Elaborar, controlar y gestionar el flujo efectivo de fondos de la entidad, velando por el cumplimiento de las políticas y reglamentos establecidos al respecto.
6 Realizar el seguimiento de la sostenibilidad de los recursos de caja que requiere la evolución de los negocios y la solidez financiera de la institución.
7 Monitorear el cumplimiento de los lineamientos y los límites establecidos para el manejo de las inversiones y la intermediación de recursos en los mercados financieros.
8 En coordinación con las otras áreas de soporte y de negocio, propone la revisión y actualización de las políticas financieras y su reglamentación para adaptarlas a los estándares de calidad de la administración financiera de la institución.
