**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (or Advanced Degree with +1 -2 years)
- Fluent in English

**Nice to Have
**- Prior experience or exposure to, treasury operations
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- High degree of initiative, self-motivation, integrity, and self-confidence
- Proven ability to align to vision, prioritize workload, and perform under pressure.
- Knowledge of business analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SmartView, Tableau or similar.
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, FP&A reporting tools, Treasury Management Systems
- Ability to initiate and promote change.
- Solution driven & Customer Focused.
- Team player.
- Works with other teams in cross functional project.
