**Job Summary**:
The Treasury & AP Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day cash management, credit cards and bank account responsibilities (including currency exchanges thru a broker as well as assisting with month end reporting process). This position is also responsible for entering submitted check requests and manual payments into the PeopleSoft system; reviewing the ePro check requests before processing payments; processing each of the different pay cycles daily and processing the T&E expense staging for employee direct deposits on daily basis. Manage bank relationships and make sure payment deadlines and accuracy are accomplished. Must be able to know/understand Argentinean laws and procedures in terms accounting and banks.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
**Target Achievement—Financial**:

- Ensure invoices submitted for payments have the correct level of approval.
- Meet deadlines.
- Each check request is correctly processed into Peoplesoft.
- Checks issued daily for the correct vendor and dollar amount.

**Target Achievement—Non-Financial**:

- Checks processed as requested.
- Payments sent to vendor/client as requested.

Check copies & backup filed correctly for each access by others.

**Manage daily cash function**
- Prepare daily cash reconciliation
- Monitor Treasury mailbox
- Initiate electronic disbursement requests
- Daily cash reporting
- Monitoring of account activity
- Perform activities related to opening, closing, maintaining bank accounts
- Populate weekly cash flow forecast
- Adhoc cash reporting

**Accounts receivable duties**
- Peoplesoft billing finalization
- Performance of leisure services functions

**Process check requests for payment**:
Process vendor/client invoices for daily payments.

Process each of the different pay cycles daily.

Prepare checks with backup for management review.

Sending out of checks and filing our internal copies of checks with backup.

**Financial reporting assistance**
- Preparation of daily sales and transactions reports
- Record journal entries
- Update movement and cash flow schedules monthly

**T&E Expense Processing**

Process the T&E staging for employee direct deposits on daily basis

**Communicate with internal and external resources.**
- effectively communicate with bank resources to resolve issues
- effectively communicate with internal resources to understand banking needs and deadlines

Work with many internal teams / individuals internally and externally to complete assignments / duties

**Education / Knowledge / Experience**: (Subject to local laws and practices)

Essential:

- 4+ years of experience in general accounting
- Proficiency with ERPs, Excel, word processing and spreadsheets required
- Treasury manangement professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work and communicate with diverse range of functions
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines

Preferred:

- Proficiency in SAP, PeopleSoft and Power BI preferred
