Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to support the construction and implementation of the company's strategies and plans, to provide support in events and activities related to the media plan, and support administrative processes in the medical and marketing area.
- The incumbent works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on Medical and marketing Team related issues.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Participate in the formulation, generation, development and management of projects in the medical and marketing area.
- Logistical support in the realization of educational events organized by PTC.
- Administrative management of services and / or products requested by the medical and marketing areas of PTC Andean Region.
- Management of internal platforms (Encompass-Contrax-Veeva)
- Relationship with opinion leaders and vendors
- REQUIREMENTS- Be based in Bogotá-
- University degree-
- Experience as administrative assistant or secretary-
- Intermediate English level-
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)-
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task-
- Sense of responsibility and capable of teamwork-
