**A Day in the Life**
- Collaborates across the HR Operating Model to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
- Model ethical and inclusive behavior
- Provide coaching and mentoring to in-progress A3’s as part of our Continuous Improvement / MOS mindset
- You will contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the broader HR Services team to achieve solutions / improvements for all processes / tasks performed in the HR Shared Services Center and pro-actively works on an efficient info flow between HR Partners and other parties.
- You will partner and/or lead in a wide variety of HR projects providing technical and highly skilled project coordination support.
- You will assist HRBO leadership in analyzing KPI’s and other performance indicators, using the available HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
- Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists
- Main point of contact for the AskHR, Global Data teams and broader HR teams if they need to escalate or involve a local HR person
- Provide HR training and direction to coordinators within the team, as needed
- Provide skilled Workday support, which may include data coordination, data analysis, and tracking.
- Exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgement.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelors degree required.
- 2 years of experience required in customer service or HR project areas or project management.
- Advance English level.
- Project management knowledge.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Power point, word).
- Communication and Influence: Communicates primarily and frequently with internal contacts.
- Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments.
- Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments.
- Contributes to the completion of project milestones.
- Detail orientation and critical thinking.
- Able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
- Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Self-motivated, ability to problem solve and bring issues to resolution quickly.
- Team player.
- Very good problem-solving skills.
- Customer services skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Lean six sigma.
- POM certifications.
- MOS / Continuous Improvement experience.
- People Leadership Experience.
- HR Technology including TRESS, ServiceNow and/or Workday.
