**Misión del cargo**:
Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo en tareas específicas de los procesos de Nómina y de Recursos Humanos.

**Funciones del cargo**:
Actúa como primer punto de contacto para gerentes y empleados para todas las consultas relacionadas con transacciones de recursos humanos y promueve la entrega eficiente y efectiva de procesos específicos (por ejemplo, administración de contratos, administración de datos).

Brinda soporte oportuno, preciso y de valor agregado a consultas locales relacionadas con la nómina del área de Servicios de Recursos Humanos, empleados y gerentes comerciales.

Garantiza el contacto con el Coordinador de nómina, el líder del equipo de servicios de recursos humanos y los especialistas en servicios de recursos humanos para desarrollar y mantener un conocimiento detallado de los procesos y políticas designados requeridos.

Responsable de manejar los procesos de nómina, incluidos, entre otros: mantener los datos y archivos de los empleados de acuerdo con las regulaciones del país, y la preparación/creación de documentos y plantillas si es necesario.

Gestiona procesos relacionados con datos y revisa la documentación relacionada, entre otros, con la nómina en relación con: traslados, bajas, solicitudes de cambio, cambios de puesto/trabajo, licencias, fin de asignaciones, despidos, entre otros.

Maneja llamadas telefónicas y consultas por correo electrónico al HR SSC - Actúa como primer filtro para dar respuesta a las solicitudes de colaboradores, manager y equipos Locales de HR.

Se responsabiliza de la resolución de los problemas de las personas que llaman, brinda orientación y resuelve los problemas como primer punto de contacto siempre que sea posible, remite los problemas al Back-Office de Recursos Humanos (especialistas) cuando no puede resolverlos personalmente.

Garantiza el contacto con expertos estratégicos/regionales para desarrollar y mantener un conocimiento detallado de los procesos y políticas designados para los países/flujo de negocios/cubiertos globalmente.

**Requisitos**:
1 año de experiência en nómina y Recursos Humanos
Profesional o estudiante de últimos semestres de Contaduría.
