Como Customer Success Specialist no apoyaras en la optimización del proceso de entrega de valor a nuestros clientes, mediante metricas y estadisticas que permita el fortalecimiento de un escenario ideal para ellos, en el cual su nível de satisfacción con la empresa y los productos sea cada vez mayor, proporcionando la mejor experiência posible con Masiv

En este rol estaras frente a la atención y gestión de requerimientos generados por nuestros clientes VIP, estableciendo contacto con los clientes para identificar mejoras en el proceso y de esta forma apoyar en la calidad del servicio ofrecido

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 3 años de experiência en servicio y atención al cliente en segmento B2B
- Experiência en nalisis de métricas
- Manejo de CRM
