**Customer Operation Specialist**:

In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the team by reacting to customer inquiries.

**This position reports to**:
Customer Support Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
- Monitoring the status of orders.
- Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.

**Your background**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, business administration or related.
- Have portfolio experience and know ups.gestion de compras.
- Knowledge of purchasing management and relationship with suppliers.
- Knowledge and experience in processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, CBOL, EDI etc).
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing especially in UPS and EV chargers.
- Availability to travel.
- English Advanced Level
