**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Coverage**: Your main goal will be to secure at least one media mention per week through press articles, interviews, or podcast features, increasing our visibility in key markets.
- **Media Outreach**: Proactively connect with journalists, podcast hosts, and media outlets in both English and Spanish-speaking regions. You will focus on securing opportunities across Colombia, Latin America, and global English-speaking channels.
- **Content Development**: Help create press releases, media pitches, and engaging storylines that position LaGrande and its leadership as thought leaders in the investment industry.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proficient in English and Spanish**: Strong communication skills in both languages are essential for outreach and relationship-building with media contacts.
- **Public Relations Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, media outreach, or communications. Experience in the investment or finance sector is an advantage but not required.
- **Results-Oriented**: A track record of consistently securing media coverage and delivering measurable results.
- **Hybrid Flexibility**: Must be based in Bogotá, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings, while also working remotely.
- **Self-Starter**: As a contractor, you should be able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results on time.

**Interview Process**: The initial screening process will require you to record a short video in English to prove your speaking abilities.

**Compensation**: Approximately $4,000,000 Colombian pesos.
