About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Manager to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing analyst relations, communicating our vision and strategy to cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to improve relationships with leading analyst firms.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage analyst requests for information (RFIs), surveys, customer reference requests, regular analyst briefings, and analyst presentations
  • Collaborate across the organization to define Analyst Relations goals, measure progress against those goals, and communicate results/outcomes to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously manage AR relationships, including vendor contracts, analyst interactions/activities, and identify opportunities to improve relationships with leading analyst relations firms
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and perform a variety of deadline-driven projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, and/or Finance
  • 3+ years as a public and/or investor relations Analyst role
  • 2+ years of professional experience within leading global technology-enabled business and professional service organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a small team environment, but also work effectively with all cross-organizational functions
