**Position Summary**:
Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a Training Manager to our high-performing team. This position will be responsible for coordinating, leading, executing, implementing, proposing and creating training processes for the field area for positions such as field managers, supervisors and regional leaders in accordance with the policies of the organization.

This person will be in charge of the training and qualification of the operations personnel at National and LATAM level, building strategies, models, manuals, process instructions and operative procedures that have a positive impact on the development of our teams.

**What You Will Do**:

- Developing training processes.
- Identifying the genuine needs of the field team.
- Creating e-learning processes within Upremise.
- Coordinating the training schedule with field leaders based on Premise requirements.
- Acting as a trainer.
- Designing training plans.
- Enhancing employees' skills, performance, productivity, and work quality.

**What You Bring Along**:

- Professional in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related fields.
- 10 + years of experience Leading Training process.
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational capabilities, a keen focus on achieving results, and the ability to work well with people.
- Experience in training processes of massive & operatives teams.
