Como Especialista de Soporte especializado en Operaciones de Nómina, su objetivo principal es proporcionar asistencia basada en el equipo para informes de nuevas contrataciones, procesamiento de devoluciones de depósitos directos, administración precisa de embargos, soporte de nóminas y administración de nóminas para nuestros clientes de pequeñas empresas. El Especialista de Soporte encarna nuestro valor central de 'Entregar Wow', superando consistentemente las expectativas para resolver problemas y aprovechando cada oportunidad para mejorar el conocimiento técnico, apoyando proactivamente a su equipo y a nuestros clientes de Atención al Cliente.

**Responsabilidades**

1. Informes de nuevas contrataciones: Responsable de cargar semanalmente los informes de nuevas contrataciones en los portales de las agencias estatales, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa pertinente. Llevar a cabo una investigación exhaustiva para identificar y rectificar los errores en los archivos cargados con prontitud. Vuelva a cargar los archivos corregidos según sea necesario para mantener registros precisos.

2. Devoluciones de depósitos directos: Responsable de ejecutar el proceso de Devoluciones de Depósito Directo, sobre una base diaria, incluyendo la notificación oportuna al cliente y la documentación apropiada para mantener la integridad de los datos mientras se documentan las tareas de manera exhaustiva para fines de referencia y auditoría.

3. Administración de embargos: Responsable de gestionar la configuración y asignación de embargos en función de las órdenes recibidas, respetando los requisitos y especificaciones legales. Debe validar las configuraciones del cliente para las órdenes de embargo para garantizar un procesamiento adecuado, incluida la configuración de los beneficiarios de terceros, la asignación de embargos con precisión, la realización de pruebas para verificar la funcionalidad y la resolución de cualquier problema con prontitud.

4. Soporte de Nómina: Responsable de monitorear el Tablero de Nómina diariamente para asegurar el procesamiento oportuno de las nóminas de Atención al Cliente, incluyendo el acercamiento a los clientes de Atención al Cliente que no han procesado la nómina para ofrecer asistencia y facilitar los pagos oportunos.

5. Administración de nóminas: Responsable de procesar las nóminas de Newburger Partnership cada mes, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos en la documentación de Sweet Process. Las responsabilidades adicionales relacionadas con las nóminas se determinarán y asignarán en función del nível de experiência y conocimientos de la persona.

**Requisitos**:

- Nível de ingles B2+ o C1
- Conocimientos de nóminas en EE.UU. (preferido)
- Más de 1 año de experiência en nóminas (preferido)
- Altamente organizado y con gran atención al detalle
- Gran capacidad de resolución de problemas y aptitud analítica
- Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo en un entorno de colaboración.
- Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno empresarial y laboral en continuo cambio y a un ritmo acelerado, gestionando al mismo tiempo múltiples prioridades.
- Licenciatura (preferiblemente)
