**The Position**
- We are searching for a highly-creative head of digital marketing to lead our digital strategy across multiple channels. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital footprint operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence with prospective clients and applicants while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

**Responsibilities**
- Some of the role’s responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including website, social media, campaigns, etc.
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets through multiple channels.
- Planning and managing our social media platforms.
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Collaborating with STM LATAM and Sales Americas on several projects and initiatives.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry, provide market insight and use it to increase digital presence, audience, and traffic.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Supporting local events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a digital marketing position, a minimum of 2 in a leadership position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding or exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud is nice to have
- Experience with Drift is nice to have
- Strong omnichannel penetration experience, as well as ABM and ABE experience
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Strong teamwork attitude and work ethics
- Exposure to the North American market
- Experience in the Information Technology industry is nice to have
- Strong servant leadership and coachability
